: For Zivan, GNB, PBM or Uranio chargers, it is recommended to disconnect the charger from the battery and perform a trickle charge every 3 weeks. On Fronius chargers, however, the charger can remain connected. It detects the level of the battery itself and recharges it independently. Do not fill with distilled water.
: It should be charged to about 70% and fully charged again before first use.
: No, it is recommended to charge the battery every 3 weeks.
: It is not necessary, but it is recommended. The conditioner can be lowered on 2 wooden beams, PE or rubber strips which are positioned under the runners. There should be slight contact, but the machine should never be lifted.
: It is not absolutely necessary. If there is a possibility, it is gentler on the tyres. The support blocks should be positioned under the axle and the conditioner should be lowered. This will stabilize the machine, although a load capacity of 3 tons per trestle is recommended.

: Yes, it should be removed and the blade bar moved to the zero position.
: For water tanks made of PE or stainless steel, the tank should be emptied. Tanks made of galvanized steel should be filled to avoid any formation of flash rust.

Yes. After the battery is fully charged, refill the battery with water.

No, fill up the tank beforehand and empty it to remove any dirt (rust film) from the tank.

The same procedure here applies as with the water tank.
Test and rinse all functions once so that no dirt can get onto the ice.

Yes, the cloth should be completely wet so that it can work properly.

No, it can be attached as usual (be careful and use protection gloves) but be sure that the blade is up and don't forget to set again the 0 point on the ice.

Yes, that is possible without any issues.

There are three options:

With the wiping cloth: Lower the conditioner until the cloth touches the ice, then apply water as normal. The screw conveyors do not rotate.
With the water fountain: The conditioner remains raised
With the Solid Ice water sprying system: Lower the conditioner until it is just above the surface of the ice. Then apply water as normal.
Tip: If the underlying ice (load-bearing structure) is present, then the conditioner can be lowered.

If possible, then it is recommended to do so to ensure that there are no imprints from the spikes on the ice. However, it is essential that you drive correspondingly slowly.

We recommend the state-of-the-art Solid Ice water spraying system. Unlike a conventional cloth, the water is applied via nozzles at high pressure.
The result is that water freezes quicker and a thick layer of ice is created in a short period of time. It can then fully freeze overnight.
